EMF pollution and how you can protect yourself


I have been reading about how using cell phones can cause cancer, is it true? And in that case what can I do to protect myself?


The possible risks of radio-frequency electromagnetic fields for the human body is a growing concern for our society. Today, we are exposed to 100 million times more electricity than our grandparents. Claiming that excess exposure to EMF (electro magnetic field) is of no harm to the body, its like claiming that eating a burger and fries every day does not have negative health consequences. EMF pollution is a reality that we need to protect ourselves from, just like any other form of pollution we have in our environment. The cell phones are only part of the problem, other devises like computers, TV and other electrical devices are also of concern. They all contribute to the electrical pollution that surrounds us every minute of our lives.

Excess exposure to radio frequency radiation interferes with the electrical fields of our cells. The basic nature of your body is frequency, and therefore exposure to external frequencies can easily cause you to pulse to the wrong beat. Researches show that when you are exposed to consistent external frequencies; your body’s ability to run its own electrical circuitry at optimum efficienc, is disrupted. Some of the consequences of excess exposure to EMF are:

  • o Abnormal cell growth and damage to cellular DNA
  • o Difficulty sleeping, depression, anxiety, and irritability
  • o Childhood and adult leukemia
  • o cancer
  • o Immune system suppression
  • o Attention span deficit and memory loss
  • o Infertility
  • o ADD, ADHD, MS and Parkinson’s
  • o Alzheimer and Autism

Studies have shown that cellular phones both cause cell damage, damage to neurons and damage to the blood brain barrier, allowing toxins to enter the brain. The Blood brain barrier prevents toxic substances from entering the brain, and the spinal cord. Other studies demonstrate how EMR (electromagnetic radiation) interferes with our cell’s efficiency in communicating. This interference leads to the cell’s inability to have effective chemical exchanges to receive nutrients, and influences the buildup of toxins within the cells and the tissues.  Worldwide brain cancer has increased by 300% and other forms of cancer have also increased dramatically. There are many reasons why well over 30% of the human population gets cancer, and I am in no way stating that excess exposure of EMF radiation is the only cause. There are many contributing factors behind ill health and EMF pollution is only one of them.

Below, I have listed few guidelines how you can protect yourself from EMF pollution:

¨  Stay away from power lines, anternas and other high voltage power lines and power plants.

  1. If you are exposed to a large amount of EMF at your work place enjoy nature in your free time. Green areas are the best.

Guidelines for using Mobile phones

1. Buy a bio-energy protection device, which subtly changes the EMF field into a more harmonious energy. It enables you to ground and purify negative, unbalanced and chaotic energies, such as EMFs more effectively.

2. Use the speaker instead of holding the phone close to your ear.

3. Avoid using blue tooth or headset as it only magnifies the radiation exposed to your head.

4.  Don’t use your phone as an alarm clock. Keep the phone outside your bedroom.

5.  Don’t carry the phone in your pocket or on your belt. Keep a distance to your phone whenever you can. As cell phones send out a constant EM pulse in a two-way communication with the nearest tower, it is still emitting EM pulses that can interfere with your body’s system of nerve impulses even when you are not using the cell phone,. This field affects you when you carry your cell phone in your pocket or when it is close to you.

6. If you have children, limit their use of cell phones. Children are at a much higher risk than adults of experiencing health problems related to regular exposure to radio frequency radiation; thinner and smaller skulls translate to greater absorption of radio frequency.

  • Turn off the power of all electronic devices in your house that are not in use. Turn off the power of the internet router when not in use. 


¨  Keep your lap top on a table in front of you while working on it, not in your lap.

¨  Avoid wireless home phones.

¨  Sit at least 2 meters away from your TV. Dont keep TV’s, computers and other electronic devices in your bedroom.

¨  No electronic devices should be plugged into electricity if not in use.

¨  Keep plants and flowers in your house. Plants have the ability to protect you from some of the EMF radiation.

¨  Don’t use microwave ovens and don’t keep them in your house. If you do, unplug them when not in use.

¨  Turn off the wireless on your computer when you are not using the internet.

Buy  EMF neutralizers for your home, for yourself and for your phone.
